Esther Forrester
President and CEO
Esther Forrester is a Pediatrician based in Washington DC. She grew up in the Episcopal church, where she learned from a very early age how important it was to give back to your community. She still does that from her clinic. She feels that mentoring her students and many young patients have really enriched her life. She wants to create a nurturing environment that will transform opportunity youth into successful young adults. She is determined to do whatever she can do to impact these young minds.
Devin L. Watts
Director of Operations
Devin L. Watts has spent a lifetime acquiring experience from passionate and purposeful people. Her diverse career includes recruiting, business development, program management training, processes development and delivery, the management of multi-functional groups, and customer service. Devin has always made it a priority to give back to her community by empowering youth who were disadvantaged. She wants to reward them by enhancing their appearance and encouraging them to be successful. One of her many talents is her ability to help young people change their whole outlook on life, starting with their appearance and reinventing their goals.
Nicholas Guthrie
Operations Manager
Nicholas Guthrie completed his Masters of Public Health at George Washington University after matriculating from Howard University. He is heavily interested in research, publishing various papers on healthcare disparities in African American populations. Nicholas is also a proud 8-year member of the Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department where he currently serves as a volunteer EMT and the role of Lieutenant , responding to hundreds of 911 calls each year. He has experience in podcasts, website design and social media, putting those talents to good use since 2018 as the Technology Administrator for ENT Youth Services.
